Mooi uitzicht vanaf het balkon op de 4e verdieping op het kasteel en de oude stad. Ruime appartement voor 1 persoon, geschikt voor 2. Alle benodigdheden aanwezig. Rustige wijk achter station.
Beetje kaal ingericht. 4 hoog zonder lift ongeschikt voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn. Parkeren op openbare weg. Luidruchtige benedenbuurman.
