The house is in a great location. When we arrived it was easy to get the key and enter. The house is lovely. It's comfortable and everything is of a high standard. The furniture is excellent, the beds and bedding are extremely comfortable which is important as two of the guests are disabled. Fantastic kitchen with everything you need. The bathroom is amazing. Walk-in shower and free standing bath. The two settees are very comfortable and a huge TV above the fireplace so we had a place to relax in the evenings.

Absolutely lovely house with amazing bath!

The house was so close to the centre of Scarborough, the shops, beach and front with arcades for the kids was only 5 mins walk away. The house was very spacious and the bath was amazing! The kitchen had all we could need including milk, coffee, tea and biscuits left for us. We arrived a little early and zoe allowed us to use WiFi code to pay for the long stay parking as 4g round the area was poor. She also then let us know shortly after that we could check in early as the cleaning was finished. We would definitely recommend and may be back for our next Scarborough stay 😁

There was a crack in the toilet seat and a leak from the shower but we were let know about this as had been there prior to us staying and just couldn't be fixed due to bank holiday and neither of these things affected our stay hence the 10 rating still.

Brilliant.

Very comfortable and clean. Everything you would need is provided. Nice little touches - like milk in fridge, coffee, tea and biscuits provided. As we were there close to Xmas - tasteful decorations adorned the lounge and dining room.

Great house in a great location

Great location, lovely clean and spacious house with all the amenities needed. the house owner was lovely, we turned up half hour before 3pm to chance getting in early, the owner happened to be just finishing off cleaning and let us in early which was great.

A few of the mattresses in the rooms weren’t the comfiest but we only stayed two nights so not too much of an issue

Fabulous Coastal Stay Great Location!

Great location and decor. Zoe our host was very accommodating offering us an earlier arrival time if we needed it. The property is immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. We all loved our stay here!

If we were to make one observation it would be that a downstairs loo would be good.

The house was immaculate, the little touches such as milk in the fridge on arrival was much appreciated. Good communication from the hosts. A handy file with information was left on the dining room table. The bathroom is to die for, wish mine at home was as good. The bedrooms were fab and the beds very comfy.
