We liked the location of the property, and that there was enough bedrooms for privacy of the 3 adults that needed the 3 bedrooms, the bathroom had the facilities that we required, even though the shower door was i a squeeze for a larger person. A good size kitchen and dining space was great too.
I did not like that there was cobwebs in most rooms, and that there were also spiders in 4 of 7 rooms, the decoration was okay, bu there are gaps in the wallpaper, and some places it was peeling, i did not like the small shower door, and the double bed on the top floor was low.

Great location shops takeaways all within walking distance
The beds should have had mattress protectors on
The carpet in dining room ruffled up and would not flatten out being a trip hazard.
The lounge comfy settees but missing an armchair for less able guests as settees a little low.
