46 St Mary's Walk

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 46 St Mary's walk. The house was spotlessly clean and very welcoming, we felt at home straight away. Before we arrived we were contacted by the owner to let us know we could contact him if we needed anything, which was lovely. On arrival we really appreciated the little touches, i.e, home made biscuits and some milk. The bedrooms are a good size and the bathroom was really big, an added bonus was the downstairs toilet, it's always great to have an extra one. We were able to park right outside the house which was amazing and were given scratchable permits to put in the car for the duration of our stay which was really appreciated. There was a little courtyard out back, but we didn't use it, as we were out most days. The location is amazing, it is at the top of a hill, so keep in mind when walking home, I recommend going down the Spreight lane steps at least once, just for the view, it's beautiful on a sunny day. We would recommend to friends and family and would definitely return, if in Scarborough again.

Very good location for the castle / access to the North bay and centre. Well equipped, cosy, modern decor. Plenty of parking. Comfortable bed, quiet location. Enjoyed our stay.

The front door was very stiff to exit (probably ok in warmer weather)

Overall the property was very nice fab kitchen spacious bathroom,nice lounge,twin room nice comfortable beds, everything provided, hand wash, washing up liquid, loo rolls plenty of them, condiments, plenty of good quality crockery,pans, glassses, informative folder with plenty of info,we enjoyed our stay, not too far from the sea and centre.

The room with the double bed the mattress not very comfortable needs replacing slopes to one side also fitted sheets need replacing lot of bobbling.
