La posizione dell'appartamento è veramente ottima, situata leggermente più in alto, gode di un'ottima vista ma senza rinunciare alla vicinanza dalle principali spiagge, supermercati ed attrazioni. I punti a favore sono sicuramente il posto auto in garage, spazio esterno e l'appartamento spazioso. Non da poco anche la fermata del bus urbano situata davanti alla struttura e la vicinanza all'Autopista TF-1.
Anche se l'appartamento si è rivelato abbastanza fresco, la presenza dei ventilatori al posto dei condizionatori è da considerare un punto a sfavore, soprattutto per chi ama rifugiarsi in casa dal caldo estivo.

Der Pool war sehr schön. Ansonsten war alles da, was man gebraucht hat.
Die Unterkunft liegt leider in einem Wohngebiet. Dadurch war es Abends teilweise etwas lauter.
