La ubicación y el equipación del apartamento (aire acondicionado, toallas, cocina …).
Se echó en falta cortinas que oscurecieran la habitación de la buhardilla y el salón para dormir dormir en el sofá cama.

Non c’era un tavolo per mangiare all’interno della casa. Essendo il tavolo da pranzo collocato fuori nel terrazzo in caso di cattivo tempo diventa un disagio perché il terrazzo non dispone di copertura .Non c’erano stoviglie sufficienti per cucinare . No tazzine da caffè, solo tazze grandi . Frigorifero cattivo odore. Un solo mazzo di chiavi fornito è insufficiente dato che per accedere ed uscire sono sempre necessarie le chiavi (è stato richiesto un secondo mazzo ma non era disponibile) .
