Nice & quiet, good swimming pool, staff very friendly and polite every time there was a problem fixed asap

The biggest positive is the host, they go above and beyond what I would expect with quickness to respond and courteous manner.
Because I arrived late, self check-in was flawless.
I loved the pool because it is easy to access. Not like other rooftop pools I have had but never use.
The Kleenex and toilet paper are better quality. This may seem minor, but it means something to me as well as having hangers without requesting.
The bed and pillows are comfortable.
The snacks are a nice touch. I’ve had this at other hotels, but it’s just a nice touch.
Short walk to the beach and restaurants.
Flexibility with checkout was greatly appreciated.
