Nous avons séjourné en famille, voici ce qu’on a aimé : - la grande piscine et les piscines sur toit avec la vue - la chambre propre et jolie - la restauration sur place, il y a tout ce qu’il faut - la proximité avec les commerces, la plage… - le spa, le massage était très bien. C’était très vert, nous avions une belle vue sur la montagne.

Il y a eu des grosses pluies, et nous avons eu de l’eau dans la chambre. Mais Stephen le propriétaire va faire intervenir un technicien. En revanche nous n’avons pas eu de chance les derniers jours la grande piscine était en cours de nettoyage et la salle de sport était fermé pendant 1 semaine, je n’ai pu l’utiliser que les 3 premiers jours du séjour.

The reception area and cafe was nice and welcoming. The pool area nice but limited sun beds and shaded very quickly.

The apartment complex is just off a very busy road which has no pavement and it’s very difficult to cross. You have to walk along this road to get to nearest shops and beach. The 35sqm apartment is not big enough for 3 people. There is no hanging space for clothes. The sofa bed is very slim / maybe suitable for a child. There is just a glass sliding door partitioning the bedroom and no curtain so there is no privacy. The fittings in the bathroom are poor quality and no where to hang towels. We booked for a week but as it was unsuitable and had hot water issues, we had to move at our own expense. The owner had no alternative property available and would not offer partial refund. We were there 3 days and in that time we did not have any hot water. We raised the issue and were advised a technician came and to fix it we had to run water for 10 minutes and it would heat up - it didnt. 3 people had to take cold showers. We raised issue again 2nd day and again told to wait for 5 mins for hot water to run through / again this didn’t work. So no hot water at all and no no compensation for having to move. The TVs had no signal. Not a big issue but my husband tried to watch some sport but even after technician came to try to fix it but said rarely any signal so it was a bit pointless having a tv there. The balcony of this apartment overlooks a derelict building very close. There is no view. When we tried to use the safety deposit box it was just a lightweight box and not even attached to the wall!! The entire box could just be taken from apartment. A technician came and screwed the safe to the wall but not very securely.
