Приятное и новое кондо, жители приличные, в лифтах играет музыка, вкзде чисто даже на лестницах. Приветливая и отзывчивая охрана, регулярные обходы. Есть мелкий бассейн, а также панорамная крыша и коворкинг. Есть стиральная машина и в этих местах это большой плюс.
Наши окна выходили на задний двор шоу Fantasea (Magic Carnaval), там содержались животные которые используются в шоу. Примерно с 4-5 утра начиналась разнообразная громкая какофония из звуков дикой природы. На максималках. Также к звукам природы добавлялись соседи, звукоизоляция не полный провал, но хромает. Мы снимали квартиру на троих и диван был очень жестким, не предназначен для постоянного использования для сна.

De verschillende mogelijkheden, zoals wasmachine met droogrek, tv etc.
Omdat het naast een ‘fantasie park’ ligt, hoor je af en toe dierengeluiden. Best snel aan gewend en uiteindelijk ook geen grote hinder aan ondervinden.
