Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. For instance: On the first day, we waited more than 30 minutes for breakfast to be served (no buffet). There was no prior communication or consent on what to serve and when I tried to outline that I am vegetarian, the lady didn't understand me at all (major lack of English). Be aware that the indicated check-in time (08.00 - 12.00 am) on booking.com is a misinformation. Thanks to Google reviews, we decided to arrive in the afternoon, and the room was almost ready. However, the soap was hardly filled. Although this might be a small detail, I would expect this to be checked and prepared. The bathroom itself might look nice, but is far from practical. The lid of the toilet always falls down, even if you sit on the toilet (thus it pushes you in your back). While taking a shower, at least half of the bathroom gets wet. I would have appreciated more professionalism in any regard. Even our privacy was once disturbed, as the room maid entered without any prior knocking or waiting (for whatsoever reason, because there was no room service within our three day stay).
