    The experience was absolutely terrible. The accommodation was not properly described, and the room was in very poor condition. The humidity was extremely high, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. I felt very unwell and couldn’t sleep at all because of the terrible conditions. There was no elevator, and the bathroom was in an extremely poor and unhygienic state. The air in the bathroom was so bad that it was difficult to breathe. I felt really unwell because of these conditions. The actual conditions were completely different from what was described. Overall, it was a horrible and disappointing experience. The entire situation was unacceptable, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the accommodation.

    **Patara Galata Hotel – 3/5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐** My overall experience at Patara Galata Hotel was okay, but there is definitely room for improvement. The hotel is located in the heart of Karaköy, which is a fantastic location for exploring Istanbul and enjoying the surrounding attractions. However, the room needs significant maintenance, from the flooring to the shower, and the response to our requests was quite slow. A kettle was provided in the room, but there was no water, coffee, or creamer, which was disappointing. The hotel also has no elevator or breakfast service, making the stay less convenient, especially for guests with heavy luggage. Another major inconvenience was the lack of parking. We had to pay an additional 900 TL to park our car, which added an unexpected expense to our stay. On a positive note, the staff were friendly, kind, and genuinely tried their best to help, which I appreciated. Overall, while the location is excellent and the staff are welcoming, I would not recommend this hotel to first-time visitors to Istanbul, especially those traveling with a car or carrying heavy luggage. With better maintenance, improved responsiveness, and more attention to basic guest amenities, the experience could be much better.

    So we stayed here for around 4 days and staff was really helpful and informative. They booked us alot of services like cruise and car rentals. Got us whatever we needed at cheaper prices. Highly recommended . Love from INDIA♥️
