Vista mare buona.
Casa nuova.
Condizionatori efficienti.
Posizione buona.
Garage con rampa automatica difficoltoso sia per utilizzo che per accesso alla propria auto.
Dimensione camere,armadi e bagni leggermente inferiori alle aspettative.
Prezzo elevato per quello che offre,ma dipende anche dal fatto che si trova in una zona ormai considerata VIP.
La zona limitrofa comunque non ha molto da offrire in termini di svago e ristoranti.

A lokáció szuper.
Előzetes ígéret ellenére sem volt ingyenes parkolás. A képek és a leírás többet ígértek a valóságnál. Az egyik fürdő el volt dugulva. A konyhai edények ételkészítésre alkalmatlanok voltak.
