Boutique Villa Jovan

Jovani is a great host. He’s polite, helpful, and explained everything perfectly. He met us, let us arrive early, and allowed us to leave our luggage in a private parking lot. While our rooms were being prepared, he personally drove us to the beach and picked us up at the agreed time so we wouldn’t have to walk uphill. We were pleasantly surprised that this service was free :) and that guests of the apartment complex are welcome to use it. The apartments are very clean and well-maintained. The pool is medium-sized but big enough to relax and cool off on a hot day. It’s a dream for kids. Breakfast is delicious and varied. I recommend it to anyone planning to stay in Sveti Stefan.

There was a bit of chaos caused by a few Polish families who didn't keep their young children under control. But this has absolutely nothing to do with the apartments, their quality, or the hosts.

The staff were excellent, really friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was superb.

Everything about our stay was perfect. The host, Jovan, was outstanding. 🌟 When we arrived in Montenegro, our luggage was left behind by the airline. He kindly supported us and went above and beyond to help, and in less than 24 hours, our suitcase was delivered safely to us. Truly exceptional hospitality! Our room was very clean and well maintained, and the swimming pool was lovely and perfect for relaxing. Breakfast was very nice and always fresh, a great start to the day. The location is peaceful and relaxing: close to restaurants and mini suoermarkets, within walking distance to the beach, and just a bus ride to Budva. The sunset views were absolutely stunning. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations: amazing host, perfect location, and a truly wonderful stay. Highly recommended!
