The best place

The room was very cosy, clean, with everything we need! The pool is super, too. We were surprised with the transfer to the beach and back👍Also, breakfast is good: everything is fresh and tasty. My husband is a big fan of different "smart-house" things, there are a lot of such things, great! P.S.: the view from the roof is incredible! Hope to come back next year! Really love this place, the apartment is clean and has everything you need, the view from balcony is really nice. the location is close by to stevi stefan beach, its walking distance but there is also shuttle bus to drop and pick you up.

Loved it here. Hospitality at its best!

Amazing experience. Strategic location close to the main road and also close to the main two beaches, while also not far from Milocer beach. So, it´s a great home base to explore the beauties of Sv. Stefan, but also the surroundings, like Budva or Tivat. Nice apartment with everything that you need: A/C, good WIFI, balcony, functional kitchenette. Great swimming pool with spacious lounge area to swim or relax (comfy sun beds + umbrellas). LOVED the breakfast. A festival for the taste buds. Varies every day, home made cuisine. Phenomenal. And on top of that, Jovan and his wife are extremely nice people, very warm and easy going, you can ask them anything, they´ll help where they can, give you recommendations, have a chat with you, but will also let you do your stuff. Plus on top of that, the facility offers a free transfer service in a golf cart, to and from the beach. I mean, what more can you ask for? Great place. Great hosts. Highly recommended & hvala puno & all the best wishes!

We are thankful for the positive experience

Only the most positive impressions. The polite host, Jovan, treated us very humanly. He met us at 5 am at the bus stop and provided an early check-in. Throughout our stay, he was attentive to our requests, provided a free transfer to the beaches in his golf cart. On the day of departure, he allowed us to stay an hour longer and helped carry our luggage to the bus stop.

Nice and cozy hotel

We had a wonderful stay, everything was perfect. The host was welcoming and ready to help, the location is close to the bus station and close enough to the sea (it took us 10 minutes by stairs). The room was clean and cozy, the kitchen had everything needed for cooking and having a lunch. The bed was comfortable and we slept very well. The bathroom was large, clean and convenient. The breakfast room was small and did not offer a great variety of food, but it had everything for a nice and tasty meal. There were drinks like tea, coffee and juice; french toasts, eggs, cereal, some fruits and vegetables, croissants, cheese and ham. Overall, we had a really pleasant stay and would definitely come back to this nice place!

Sometimes we could hear our neighbours, but that did not disturb at all. The bathroom lacked some facilities like shampoo or toothpaste, so bring it with you

The property manager (I think her name was Dragovna?) was an absolute doll - very kind and available by whatsapp throughout our stay. We had one issue with the tv while we were there and she got it fixed right away! There was also a city-wide water outage while we were there (nothing to do specifically with the apartment complex) and she made sure water was pumped from the water tank so we would have water while we waited for the problem to be solved. Excellent host!

Honestly, as an older person, the beds were a bit on the too-firm side for me, but that's probably just my old bones talking.

very clean good standard of furnishing nice looking, quaint . the father and daughter of the owner were very kind and helpful, we speak no Serbian and there English was limited but we understood each other , the owner Jovan had excellent English the view from balcony was stunning, new and clean bedding and towels very close to bus stop ( bus runs every 20 mins) property well maintained pool area - very clean, mural was delightful, water was cold, Wi-Fi was very good Tv had several Chanel’s

Room was bright and airy, everything was clean. It had all the necessary staff like air-conditioner, fridge, electric kettle and hairdryer. Breakfasts are definitely worth mentioning. They were simple but were the ones you would have everyday: vegetables, fruits, cereals, cheeses, sausages, hard-boiled and scrambled eggs, coffee AND freshly baked bread, donuts or pies! (made me feel like at weekends in parents home) Lovely view to the ocean out the window! Thank you so much! We've had a great time in Sveti-Stefan.

not worth it!

If you are on a super tight budget and don't mind staying at a place which isn't well maintained then this is for you...food is okay n the place is cheap!- though I must admit that the host's mom was very sweet ..

super commercial host- charges money for everything..room is full of cheap material and was not cleaned properly. Bathrooms are very untidy..curtains have insect nest/poop...I checked out the next day even though my booking was for 5 days, couldn't stay any longer in that tiny dirty place. As expected the host never responded regarding retuning the balance money...also it is quite an uphill walk from the beach..there are number of other apartments which are cheaper but better in quality and are closer to the beach!

The owners are so friendly and they make you feel at home from the moment to step in. They also keep the place, rooms and communal spaces, spotless. The place is quiet and at the same time is close to all the amenities. The beaches around are the most beautiful beaches and they are not that crowded. Thanks, Jovan and his mum for everything!

Good location near the sea, clean and comfortable apartments with a swimming pool with umbrellas. Amazing staff and hosts who make your life there better. Good breakfast with a variety of meals and drinks.

Unworking strongbox and broken a few things in the room. Also, don't leave food or even crumbs on the table or in the sink, in the morning you will find lots of ants :)

It was the best room experience of the whole trip! The apartment is AMAZING! Spacious, huge bed, fancy bathroom and with an breathtaking view to the ocean. (Yes, get the room with a view, you will not regret!). The host was lovely!! The pool is a awesome! And the location is perfect! Few steps from restaurants, the bus station that takes u to budva and from the beach. Finally, the internet was the best one I’ve ever seen when traveling. So if u need to work (like we did), be confident to find a professional connection.

It was unforgettable experience.

The apartments are modern, clean and tidy. It has a wonderful location with a fantastic swimming pool. There's a bus stop nearby and the buses run on a regular basis. The place itself is picturesque (amazing sea views) and quiet. The beach is 7 mins walk. There are several places around where you can have dinner or supper, but Caffe Caffe is the best one with reasonable prices and delicious food.

I can't find anything I dislike. The management, attitude and communication exceeded my expectations. Jovan and his family are hospitable and easy to reach in every situation when you have questions. Jovan's mom is amazing, She is an example how to treat people and make them feel home. I have never experienced it before. You feel as if you a member of their family. Jovan organized the transfer from the airport and back. He also helped us to arrange the trip to Lovcen National Park and Cetinje. From my point of view it's a 5 star apartment with high standards and hospitable people. I do recommend it. Thank all of you so much. We are coming next year.

Amazing!

I was pleasantly impressed from the first interaction with Jovan on booking, we were asked if we wanted parking and we also received an upgrade to the room. I received a beautiful apartment with sea views, both from the balcony and from the bedroom. The apartment was very clean, very well equipped and the cleaning service was daily ,superb pool. Jovan has helped us since the arrival with a lot of information about the area and about the places we have to visit and where we can eat, he even gave us his personal number in case of need. Jovan's apartment is simply amazing !
