Die Lage des Hauses ist aussergewöhnlich, beste Strandlage.
Das Sofa war eindeutig zu klein, Platz für max 2 Personen, für ein Haus für 6 Personen. Leider nur eine Sonnenliege und es fehlten die Auflagen auf den Terrassen Stühlen. Das gesamte Grundstück war mit Kies bedeckt, eine kleine Terrasse gepflastert wäre angenehmer zum Sitzen.
