+ podgrzewany basen za dopłatą ( jedna z niższych cen za podgrzewanie wody na Maderze) Można było korzystać z basenu nawet jak temperatura powietrza była 12C. + Przestrzeń, wygoda, cisza, spokój, widoki, super wyposażenie, darmowa levada za domem. A za darmo to uczciwa cena. + Klimatyzacja w każdym pokoju.
Z rzeczy na które trzeba zwrócić uwagę. Nie są to minusy. Basen jest głęboki dla dzieci które nie potrafią pływać konieczny jest dodatkowy sprzęt do pływania. Podjazd stromy trzeba uważać, dla ludzi z nizin i tylko o płaskich drogach jest lekki szok. Wysoka wilgotność ale taki mamy klimat
