About this villa rental
This superb new property completed June 2014 is a fantastic 4 bedroom architect designed villa.
We also own 1 other luxury villa next door. Property number , 1894912 in case more than one family want to holiday together and if the weeks requested are already reserved on this property, also with different prices.
This beautiful property offers 5 star luxury private secluded accommodations for a wonderful holiday in Madeira on the warm south coast at the end of a quiet peaceful Cul de Sac. There are 4 double sized bedrooms, 2 of these have excellent modern en - suite bathrooms. There is another super family bathroom just off the hall and a separate utility washing machine room downstairs. The interior furniture is modern, comfortable, cosy, and most imported from Italy. It has a fantastic open plan beautiful ultra-modern kitchen. There are large wooden sunbathing decks and sun loungers.
This luxury villa provides satellite TV and DVD player, a new air purifying and heating conditioning system, security alarms and electric gates open to provide off road car parking. Recently installed sauna, table tennis and gym bicycles all included in the price.
There is also a jacuzzi if requested and can be heated for 20 Euros per day. The pool can also be heated above 24 degs to 26 degs and this price is also 30 Euros per day.
The Garden landscaped with unrestricted sea views to the front and behind the Village Mountains that offers paragliding about 5 minutes from the villa. In the garden there is furniture seating 10 people for alfresco living to relax drinking wine watching the sun as it sets over the sea. The mountains provide the levada walks famous for on this enchanting island.
This villa is within walking distance for all shops including supermarkets, bank, restaurants, chemist, hairdresser etc. Within 10 minute drive there are supermarkets, hospital and clinics, dentists, hotels, marina with sandy beaches and boats for big game fishing or surfing.

We had a fantastic week long stay in the blue villa. The facilities were fantastic. The pool was heated to a perfect temperature and the children absolutely loved playing in it every day. We also enjoyed the table tennis table and the jacuzzi. The villa is extremely spacious and has a super kitchen and tv for a relaxing evening. Water was always hot for showers and plenty of towels for use by the pool and in the bathrooms. The host was so helpful and treated us to a lovely cake on arrival. We hope to be back again.

First time visiting Madeira and won't be the last what a beautiful calm serene island and to make it even more special this villa was top notch it has everything to make a family holiday perfect from top of the range appliances to a hot tub and ping pong to keep the kids entertained we didn't want to leave but are now very sad to be back in England .It is in a brilliant spot overlooking the sea and we got lovely weather for December. I even did all our washing in the utility room before we came home sad but true. We just need to get some more holiday money together and we will be back loved it can't fault it 😀
