Comfortable room with access to a restaurant and a nearby cafe for breakfast.

The accommodation was only fly one night as we were walking the Via Delle Sorelle. The rooms are above a restaurant. We did not eat there. The rooms was very comfortable but we had trouble with the air con and didn’t realise until late in the night so we couldn’t fix it. The host was very quick to respond to messages.

It was a bit far from the path we were taking the next day but that has nothing to do with the accommodation.

Everything was perfect. Exceptional place surrounded by the greenery of Franciacorta. Automatic check-in very easy and the owner's explanations simply perfect and exhaustive.

Disappointing

Could not lock for properly . The lighting was poor . Desk in the room had no proper light and the drawer did not open . Breakfast was not included.

Super clean, spacious parking, easy check in. Unfortunately we didn't try the restaurant downstairs, but it seems great from what we've seen in the menu. Good internet, good location, great for visiting the area.

A clean and very comfortable hotel room.

There is not much more to add to the reviews of others: clean, comfortable, good restaurant below, nice pastry shop for breakfast. There is a communal living room with comfortable sofa's, which looked all very clean. We only stayed one night so did not use it.

The room itself is a bit dark as there is only one window. We where there with rainy weather so it was all a bit dark. At the other hand one window will be a big plus in the middle of summer as it keeps the sun out. So it probably really depends in which season you are visiting if you think this is a disadvantage or not.

la stanza grande è spaziosa. letti comodi e bagno pulito e spazioso. aria condizionata e tavolino con bollitore x fare un tè’ o tisana. piccolo frigo con 2 bottiglie di acqua.

Visto che non è possibile fare colazione in struttura aggiungerei alle due bustine di tè (eravamo in tre) anche quelle di caffè. Ma aggiungo che quando era aperto il ristorante il caffè ci è stato offerto.

Pulizia, spazio adeguato, confort del materasso, aria condizionata adeguata, frigo in camera, parcheggio gratuito comodo, pasticceria eccellente per colazione a 2 passi. Autonomia di check in e check out.

Aspirazione del bagno temporizzata male, dovrebbe rimanere accesa con la luce del bagno, cosi è quasi inutile, devi dare impulso con un pulsante e dopo qualche minuto si spegne da sola, se rimani in bagno per del tempo devi sempre tornare a premere il pulsante in continuazione.

Emplacement très bien situé, transports publics à 1 minute à pied, petit déjeuné non compris mais excellente pâtisserie à 1 minute à pied, logement très propre, moderne et très bonne literie, la clim top très silencieuse, on y reviendra c'est sûr

Struttura accogliente e rilassante. Ho apprezzato particolarmenete l'impegno dello staff nel trovarci un tavolo nel ristorante convenzionato nonostante il locale fosse pieno e il preavviso minimo.

La biancheria da letto (pulitissima e in perfetto ordine) non prevedeva il lenzuolo superiore ma solo il sacco con il piumino leggero. È una soluzione che non amo e che mi ha reso un po' complesso gestire il caldo durante la notte (c'è il condizionatore ma non l'ho utilizzato)

Parcheggio comodo in struttura e possibilità di trovare un posto auto anche fuori. Alloggio molto pulito e moderno, dotato di servizi (frigo, bollitore, ecc.). La struttura dava la possibilità di avere della scontistica in bar e ristoranti.

Tutto perfetto, unico problema è che non abbiamo capito come aprire il soffione grande della doccia! Funzionava solo il soffione piccolo.

Struttura nuova, molto ben tenuta e confortevole. Posizione molto tranquilla. Brescia raggiungibile in pochi minuti. Comunicazione facile e immediata con i gestori. Possibilità di cenare nel ristorante sottostante. Parcheggio interno comodissimo.

Valida soluzione

La pulizia scrupolosa , l'arredo della camera e delle aree comuni, la gentilezza e la disponibilità della proprietà. Abbiamo fatto una richiesta e in due minuti siamo stati accontentati.

Molto rumore ( suppongo del ristorante sotto ma solo diurno. La notte camera silenziosa). Purtroppo la vicinanza al ristorante non aiuta: Appena si esce dalla struttura si viene inondati di odore di fritto. La nostra camera affacciava sul muro di una palazzina di una viuzza laterale. La camera per questo ( e purtroppo anche per le condizioni meteo avverse)risultava molto buia.
