Good value for money but with some points to be considered
Well equipped apartment, pet friendly, easy check-in, good location with some restaurants and grocery a few meters away
Steep wood stairs, no fan available for hot days, tiny toilet room, no paid and safe parking available ( if you are with rental cars, my advice is parking somewhere safe, i parked it at paid parking at the street and someone broke the windows and stole 2 jackets, i have a impression they always do it with rental cars, so watch out)

Very close to shops. Very warm and cozy.
There should be a lamp in the living area as you only have the option at night to have all the lights on which is really bright when you’re trying to relax or sit in the dark. A lamp would be a nice addition to create a chilled atmosphere at night time.

Would not stay again and not suitable for children

It was in a very dangerous erea the stairs leading to are room on 2 floor was dangerous, there was no window safety, the hot water was cold towels were hard beds were very uncomfortable, we didn't sleep all night we was not very happy.

Exceptional
Brand newly decorated apartment in the centre of Rouen. Great location with a supermarket 1 minute walk away, and the beautiful town centre a short walk. Apartment had all the facilities you'd need for a short stay and was very comfortable. You can access via door codes which were sent to us before arriving, so this was convenient and flexible.
Unfortunately the toilet had not been cleaned properly before we arrived - there was urine on the top of the toilet seat which was strange and a shame.
