Family Staycation, Greenbelt Hamilton, Isabel's Makati Rooms

Comfy beds, spacious rooms, quick and responsive host. Complete kitchen tools and the place is very homey. Okay for a quick staycation. Place is also very quiet.

Some of the appliances are faulty. Masters bedroom AC didnt cool at first but it became okay on the 2nd day. The stove sometimes heats fast, sometimes it takes a long time to cook. Kitchen sink clogged twice. The etxra blanket has stains due to use perohaps but it's clean.

It was clean, with working A/C, one bathroom, a small kitchen, a washer outside the kitchen. The location is the best part, amid restaurants and Greenbelt chapel

Small for 4 occupants. It was cleaned once in 3 weeks we occupied it. Ants and small critters are easily attracted to crumbs after meals.

Location and Facilities. The host gave us free of charge for the 2 kids (not listed as guests)

No update from the host/property owner. I had to keep following up which only then I will get an update. Host only confirmed the guests count when we arrived. She said they charge extra for the kids (2) - first time I encountered extra fees for kids, although I actually did not listed them as guests - that's on me.

The new year fireworks is visible from the balcony.

The building is approximately 1 km away from the nearest Greenbelt mall, just for your infornation. While the unit layout matches the photos, the wall paint and overall decoration are completely different from what was advertised. Additionally, there were maintenance issues, including a non-working TV (despite my repeated request for assistance from the host) and smelly bathroom pipes, which negatively affected our stay. Overall, the unit did not meet expectations based on the listing. ​
