Csendes helyen, de a központhoz közeli, jól felszerelt, tiszta apartman. Közelben a bevásárlóközpont. (Talán a kisebb szobához közel is lehetne egy légkondi.) Parkoló kártyával egy közeli helyen ingyen lehet parkolni. (Egy plusz illemhely kialakítása célszerű lenne.) Rugalmas tulajdonos.
