Location, Cleanliness, new furniture and kitchen utensils

Lack of communication with the owner. No detailed explanation of an entrance to a flat. No parking options. Apartment is bussiness space adapted to a flat, so there is big show window in glass and strong street light in front of it, lightning your bed during a sleep (strip curtains are not enough). Missing hairdryer and missing spot for drying dishes in kitchen. Mandatory security deposit from 120 euros (mentioned in booking house rules, that we didn't read never before) that is full refundable (not yet returned) and some other cheaper option that is non refundable. We strongly dissagree with that mandatory expense (hope to be fully refunded).

Sehr sauber, sehr bequeme Betten. Gute Ausstattung

Eine Stehlampe im vorderen Wohnbereich wäre schön. In der Küche ein Abtropfsieb. Es ist leider so, dass das Appartement für jedermann von außen einsehbar ist. Wir haben die Jalousien nicht hoch gemacht, dadurch fühlt man sich etwas eingesperrt. Es war sehr schwierig, einen Parkplatz zu finden. Wir haben dann unser Auto in einem Parkhaus geparkt, nachdem wir einen Strafzettel kassiert hatten. Bei Booking stand in der Beschreibung inklusive Parkmöglichkeit, dies hat leider nicht gestimmt.

Pulito e spazioso

Apartman je cist I uredan. Ali prilaz autom je skoro pa nemoguc.. Parkinga nema u blizini, ako se auto ostavi samo da se stvari istovare odmah dodje policija.. Kraj je lep I miran

Nemogucnost prilaska autom. Uplata depozita od 120 e, koji nigde nije pomenut Nemogucnost ulaska u stan bez Instaliranja aplikacije I uplate depozita. Ako nemate internet necete ni uci u apartman..🤷‍♂️
