Casa Da Ponte

Eine für Koper ungewöhnlich große Unterkunft (wir hatten schon deutlich kleinere) mit einer vollumfänglichen Ausstattung. Die Lage war sehr ruhig, da die Wohnung in einer verkehrsberuhigten Zone liegt und nicht direkt mit dem Auto angefahren werden kann. Ca. 100m von der Wohnung entfernt ist ein Kurzzeitparkplatz, den man für be- und entladen nutzen kann. Die Stellplatz für das Auto ist dann ca 400m weg und kann kostenlos genutzt werden. Das ist nicht ganz unerheblich, da die Parkplatzsituation in Koper generell schwierig und teuer ist (bis zu 24€/Tag). Die Wohnung hat ein paar kleinere Makel, die man mal ausbessern könnte, aber sonst ist für uns alles okay gewesen!

Very spacious and comfortable apartment, very well-equipped, and in a central location (only 5 minutes walk from cafés and restaurants and a supermarket near the waterfront), yet mostly very quiet. Also communication with the owners was very clear and helpful.

The TV seemed to be programmed to provide only Italian audio (but English sub-titles) for streaming movies, but this wasn't a big deal. Also one Friday night some people outside nearby were talking loudly for about 3 hours, but again this wasn't a big deal.

L'appartamento è ampio, pulito, comodo e dotato di tutti i comfort. La consegna delle chiavi avviene solo dopo aver chiamato il gestore ma le istruzioni erano chiare. Non abbiamo avuto nessun tipo di problema e l'alloggio ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative. Unica pecca, se ci avessero comunicato prima la presenza del parcheggio gratuito sarebbe stato più comodo per arrivare vicino alla casa con la macchina, prendere la tesserina e andare a parcheggiare
