Nuova Rooms is in a very convenient location, close to the main walking street of Olbia and an easy walk to many restaurants and bars, the waterfront and the Archeological Museum. The whole building feels new, the decor is modern and fresh, and despite being close to lots of hustle and bustle, it is very quiet. Andrea, the owner, is very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Having a personal greeting was a welcome change from the hands-off approach (key in the lock box etc) that is far more common these days.

Belysningen under TV:n lystes starkt under natten, rakt i ögonen.

It was centrally located. Modern and clean rooms. There was a swimming pool which is quite rare that close to town.
The pool was a bit stark and “concrete”.
