- Olbia City Center - Regina Margherita Apartment

Styl, lokalizacja wszystko super !

We had mixed feelings about our stay. On the positive side, the location is absolutely fantastic—right in the heart of Olbia's historic center, which made exploring the city very easy. We also really appreciated the historic character and unique charm of the house itself.

However, the property is not well-suited for a long stay or for a large family, especially for a beach holiday. The biggest issue was the complete lack of a washing machine and any designated area to dry clothes and beach towels. In the kitchen, the hood was non-functional, and there were not enough utensils to cook for a big group. Furthermore, the furniture is extremely old and visibly damaged in several places. We also encountered crawling insects inside the house during the night; however, we noticed this seems to be a widespread problem throughout the entire historic center rather than an isolated issue with this property. It works fine for a short stay, but it needs major updates and better amenities to comfortably host large groups for an extended period.
