The property contact person was very responsive and polite, responded to our query even if it was past 11PM already. The area is in a CBD, lots of food and transport options. The room is cozy, at first the air conditioner was not working but thankfully the staff went to clean it on the same night my sister checked-in, as instructed by the property contact person.
They had trouble using the oven, it is the same brand they use at home but it's not working as expected. Shower was not working and there's no bucket and dipper available on the night they checked in. Though the staff who came in to clean the air conditioner brought the bucket and the dipper, it would have been more comfortable if the shower worked. The restroom also needs scrubbing to remove the small hard water stains. There are also issues with the kitchen sink. Seems like there is a build up in the pipes that slowed down the drain of water.
