The place was very nice and clean. I feel very comfortable during my stay. The host was very responsive with my inquiries especially with guiding for a smooth check-in and check-out. Kitchen utensils and other complimentary items such as drinking water are provided. The bed and blanket are really comfy as well the pillows.
Total black-out curtain should be fitted for those who wanted to rest during daytime.

I like the location right in middle of IT park in Cebu Close to mall, convenience stores, coffee shops
It was cumbersome getting to the check in desk from the front of the building. Had to get directions from another resident to take the elevator down to the check in.
