Adequate stay to explore the amazing surroundings

The location is great. John, the security, was amazing. The room was clean.

There were a number of things that made the stay a bit uncomfortable. It’s tiny, but also things like a bathroom sink that didn’t drain properly and the lack of kitchen equipment (the one skillet was so scratched up it was unusable). Also there are NO laundry facilities and no dishwasher even though these are listed in the description. Not even laundry in the building, just in the neighborhood.

Nearby construction noise early in the morning, otherwise sweet flamingo was sweet indeed.

Noise spoilt the stay for us but location was good .

Great location Stylish and clean studio apartment with good security .

Very noisy . Busy Road . Seagull infestation in f fire station opposite and construction site started work at 7.30 . Would have been more bearable if the apartment sliding doors were sealed to reduce noise . Load shedding assistance was minimal ( a rechargeable lamp )
