Travelers Nest

We were very impressed by the apartment, the wise use of the space, the style and cleverness with which the apartment has been designed. Some flowers on the table, chocolates to welcome us, easy instruction book with info etc. All was really well done and interaction with the owner was superb!

The only thing that was slightly negative was that we found the bed mattress a little too hard - some people like a hard mattress, so this is a matter of personal taste.

Clean and well equipped unit. Small double bed, but was super comfortable. Host was super quick with responses to my messages

The unit has very little natural light, so without the lights on it was dark and gloomy. The bar stools are too low to be able to eat comfortably from the table in the kitchen.

Maureen was a great host. The shortbread biscuits that I got as a welcome were, absolutely damn spectacular. Keep those, actually where can I buy them. So good. Bed was comfy and generally excellent. I highly recommend. There are two things that are to mention. The stove has no indication of what plate is on or temperature and takes a long time to heat up. Unfortunately during my stay power went out which is no means fault of the host, it was a municipal issue. However the water system is somehow connected to the power, so maybe have some spare bottled water just incase of another unforseen outage. Awesome spot, I will definitely use again in the future.

Der Checkin und die Kommunikation mit Maureen waren unkompliziert und sehr herzlich. Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohl gefühlt und es gab alles, was man braucht und mehr. Eingerichtet mit viel Liebe und sauber.
