Appartement spacieux et lumineux à Montorgueil

Ми прожили групою з восьми жінок у цих апартаментах тиждень у Парижі в травні, і загалом залишилися дуже задоволені. Локація надзвичайно комфортна: до Лувр приблизно 15 хвилин, поруч багато живих вуличок із ресторанами, магазинами та аптеками. У цьому районі ми почувалися безпечно навіть пізно ввечері. Окремо хочу відзначити комунікацію з менеджерами — вона була справді чудова. Одного разу ми повернулися додому близько другої ночі після вечері й зрозуміли, що забули ключі всередині квартири, а двері захлопнулися. Ми вже думали шукати готель на ніч, але зателефонували за номером, через який спілкувалися з менеджерами, і нам одразу пояснили, де взяти запасні ключі. За це я дуже вдячна — це залишило найкраще враження від сервісу. Також до нас дослухалися у всіх проханнях: додаткова ковдра, заміна рушників — усе вирішувалося швидко та чітко. Щодо самої квартири: на мою думку, вона ідеально підійде для 6 осіб. Тут є три невеликі спальні та вітальня з розкладним диваном. Для восьми людей уже трохи тісно. Також не вистачає місця для зберігання речей — у спальнях інколи є лише маленька тумбочка чи столик, мінімум шаф і немає комодів. Це, мабуть, єдиний суттєвий мінус. Водночас великим плюсом є наявність двох ванних кімнат і двох окремих санвузлів — це дуже зручно для групи, адже одночасно можна користуватися і душем, і туалетом. У квартирі було все необхідне для приготування їжі, телевізор, всюди чисто та свіжо. Загалом це дуже хороший варіант для сімей або компанії до шести осіб у цьому районі Парижа. Однозначно рекомендуємо.

Хотілося б більше місця, для зберігання одягу

The apartment was pretty similar to how it was described and the hosts were very responsive. The location was wonderful and really close to the metro, which made getting around the city really easy. The apartment was well organized and stocked though there are some quirks to the bathrooms, such as two individual toilets with small sinks but no towels or soap and then one bathroom with only a shower ensuite. But for the location and price, it can't be beat!

We had been in touch with the host about getting in before 3pm, and they were wonderfully flexible and asked us to email them via Booking.com upon our arrival, as the cleaners would still be there. When we got to the apartment, we emailed them several times, and then had to call the number to ask them to contact the cleaning lady. We ended up having to wait more than 15 minutes for the cleaning lady to come let us in. After an overnight flight, standing on the landing with all of our luggage was not ideal. When we returned to the apartment at 3:15 pm, the cleaning lady was still there. After those first day hiccups, the rest of the stay was totally fine.

El apartamento es tal y como aparece en las fotos. Amplio, cómodo y muy bien ubicado.

Situation géographique dans Paris, proximité transports et commerces. Situé dans une rue calme. Réactivité des hôtes. Pièce de vie spacieuse et bien équipée. Les literies des 3 chambres sont correctes. 2 WC indépendants.

Appartement prévu en couchages pour 8 adultes (3 chambres et canapé lit). Le canapé n'est pas adapté au couchage de 2 adultes à la rigueur 2 enfants. Une des 2 salles d'eau avec la douche, située dans une chambre, s'apparente plus à un cabinet de toilette qu'à une salle d'eau. A mon avis, appartement trop petit pour l'accueil de 8 adultes.
