From the very start Marko's communication was timely and informative. He responded to all my queries and questions, including recommendations for Christmas dinner, prices for taxis etc. The house was immaculately clean and had everything we needed plus more. Treats for Christmas were an unexpected surprise for Christmas and our grandchildren absolutely loved sledding down the snow slide that Marco had made. Marko made sure we were alerted to when the Northern lights were visible and thanks to him we were able to see them directly from the house. Coming home to a driveway lit with candles after our Christmas dinner was also a lovely surprise. Such special memories were made during our stay and Marko and Nana helped to achieve these. I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Rovaniemi as Marko and Nana went above and beyond to make our stay extra special and memorable. If I could rate this property higher, I would.

There was nothing not to like.

The property and host are exceptional, we honestly couldn’t have asked for any more. The house is beautiful and in the most perfect location, the beds are really comfortable and facilities are very high quality with the most beautiful decor. The addition of the sauna is an extra treat. The host, Marko, went above and beyond to make the trip of our lifetime the trip of our dreams. We were lucky enough to see the northern lights thanks to Marko alerting us and he went to the trouble of building a snow/ice slide for our daughter which she loved. The supermarket is literally across the road and the property is a stones throw from the airport and Santa Claus village and ski slopes. We cannot recommend this accommodation any more highly, you’ll not be disappointed.

Vorne weg der Hausherr ist ein echter Insider und liebt seine Gäste das spürt man. Nur 10 Min. vom Flughafen entfernt liegt die Villa in einer top Lage um mit dem Auto alle Sehenswürdigkeiten Rovaniemies zu erreichen. Wir waren mit 2 Kindern vor Ort und dem entsprechend drehte sich alles um Xmas und Schnee. Wir waren durchweg begeistert und würden zu 100% wiederkommen! Die Unterkunft sehr modern eingerichtet. Sämtliche für den Haushalt benötigte Sachen waren vor Ort. Die Dusche und Sauna super schön! Ebenfalls sind Gesellschaftsspiele ein schöner Vorhof zum Schlitten fahren und hinterm Haus merkt man die Hauptstraße garnicht durch gute Isolierung und dichte Fenster! Im Haus gibt es genügend Platz und Betten und ebenfalls lässt sich die Heizung für jedes Zimmer steuern super angenehm. Alles zusammen bietet die Unterkunft alles was man braucht, Supermarkt fussläufig 5 Min usw. alles Perfekt! Bei gutem Wetter sieht man Auroralichter und zum Hot Spot sind es nur 20-25 Min. wir sagen Danke für das Erlebnis und wünschen allen weiteren Gästen genau diese super Erfahrung mit bestem Gewissen können wir es weiter empfehlen!
