The place had a really nice feel to it.

The swimming pool. The location.
We had a pest infestation in the bathroom.
The breakfast is poor and inconsistent in preparation. They are stingy with the food. (Only 1 croissant per 2 people, a Qubic cm of butter, a coin flip chance the toast is toasted)
