BE AWARE! this is not Double D in Canggu!!!
BE AWARE! this is not Double D in Canggu!!! This host published his booking-URL into the Google Maps description of a different guesthouse with the same name in a nearby area, which made it impossible to realise I booked the wrong accommodation until I was at the house I thought I booked (because I chose it on google maps to be clsoe to where I am) – at 9pm! Thank god they still had a room free and did not have to drive to this guesthouse. I wrote to the host immediately and also to booking.com but both could not help me. The host simply replied they cant refund my payment. I am highly disappointed, thats scammy practice

Staff was nince and tried their best to solve issues but the whole place was just old and they were not properly equipped. Owner wasn't very pleasant to interact with either
Bedding was old and had a lot of stains. Loads of mosquitoes in room. Place has a very musty smell and tired to over compensate with a lot of cheap hanging scents
