The apartment is located right in the city center and in an exceptionally convenient location in relation to all parts of the city. It is very peaceful, quiet, and tidy. The apartment is situated on the 11th floor of an older brutalist-style building, so at first glance it may seem unusual, especially to people coming from countries where this type of architecture does not exist. At the same time, it is very interesting because it represents a part of everyday life in Armenia. The people in the building are polite, the building is clean, there is no noise, and the elevator has been completely renovated and is fast. The apartment itself is fully renovated. Just one minute away, there are numerous grocery stores, fruit and vegetable shops, pastry shops, and many restaurants. Everything can be reached quickly on foot, and taxi drivers using apps can easily find the location. The apartment is very nicely furnished (exactly as shown in the photos), and the terrace offers a beautiful panoramic view of the city and Mount Ararat. The air conditioners are new and suitable for both heating and cooling. We rented a car for two days and were able to find free parking right in front of the building. We truly spent eight wonderful days in this apartment.
