Yerevan City Center apartment

Excellent apartment in a fantastic location! The apartment is very spacious, with three large rooms and high ceilings, making it feel bright and comfortable. It has everything needed for a pleasant stay, including air conditioning and all the essentials for everyday living. The location is one of the biggest advantages. There are three beautiful parks within walking distance, the neighborhood is quiet, green, and very pleasant. The view from the apartment is simply amazing – overlooking Mount Ararat, the city center, and a lovely green park.

Хороший вариант рядом с центром города, квартира очень просторная, достаточно новая, есть все условия для комфортного проживания. Хозяин приятный, все показал, рассказал.

Сама квартира на 5 этаже, лифта нет, но спустя пару дней к этому привыкаешь) и нет света на площадках 1, 3 и 4 этажей) если заезд вечером, включайте фонарик сразу)

Amazing location, beautiful apartment, very friendly and proactive host

Nothing, all was great

1. HUGE apt. that is both modern & classic as far as the decor. Everything is fresh & almost new. I loved the feel of it. 2. The living room is also HUGE-one could almost have a 3 piece band play a gig in it. The furniture & carpet are top notch. 3. Main bedroom was very spacious & comfortable. Same w/the bathroom. 4. Nice view overlooking a lush tree filled city park. 5. Location is pretty good-about a 10 min. walk to Republic Sq. 6. This is the type of apt. I would love to have when I come back to Yerevan & stay for a long vacay as my base to continue to explore Yerevan & the rest of amazing Armenia. 7. As a fellow metal fan I was blown away that the main room has both an Ozzy poster as well as Metallica one.

1. Obviously some old Soviet style buildings like the one this is in don't have elevators. So a 4 story walk ain't all that fun many times a day in & out. But as the great 95 year old US economist Thomas Sowell stated "There are no solutions, only trade-offs". 2. The washing machine is new, digital & utterly incomprehensible to figure out how to use. A laminated single page set of directions need to be attached to the top of it. 3. The stove is also incomprehensible. See #2 in this section. 4. Really, really need a microwave at a minimum-I'm sure a basic one can be bought new for $50. Also a air fryer and/or a toaster oven would help as well for heating up leftovers without using the stove.
