L'appartement se situe dans le quartier du port et proche de la gare. A proximité de la place du Duomo. Il est lumineux, au dernier étage, avec ascenseur.
La climatisation ne permet pas de rafraîchir l'appartement et nous avons souffert de la chaleur même en tirant tous les stores intérieurs, de jour comme de nuit. La salle de bain n'en dispose pas du tout ! De plus, la
route circulaire et la ligne de chemin de fer en proximité le rendent assez bruyant.
