- super zentral gelegen, historisches Stadtzentrum ist fußläufig erreichbar - freier Parkplatz - Olga ist sehr hilfsbereit und bemüht einem weiterzuhelfen - Sehr geräumiges Apartment über drei Stockwerke (für mobilitätseingeschränkte Personen nicht geeignet) mit zwei Badezimmern
- in der Nacht leider etwas laut und hellhörig - Terrasse ist nicht so einladend

整体清洁程度一般； 虽然各项设施都有，但老旧程度如Catania这座城市一样。床品品质一般，毛巾已经有小破洞。 我们只能安慰自己说：好歹价格便宜！
