Modern flat as per the pics. Large windows, cool balconies. Fresh AC. It was nice that they left detergent for the washing machine, but it would be nice with basic cooking essentials such as oil, salt, non-pod coffee
1. Power went out multiple times and it was a pain to get it back on, one needs to go downstairs to the entrance and operate the building switches. 2. Check-in and communication with the property is unnecessarily complicated with multiple contracts to sign, extra payments to be made, two factor authentication to sign in, logins, passwords…and a fancy house manual that is just a hassle 3. Internet was unstable, neighbors very noisy

Brak WiFi chociaż zarządca polecał że jest . Jak zgłaszałem dwa razy że nie działa ani razu nie było odzewu . Kawa 4 kapsułki na 4 osoby na 3 noce , dwa papiery toaletowe . Brak cukru soli itp zasada dać ale jak najmniej

Sehr gute Kommunikation, die Schlüsselübergabe war einfach und unkompliert. Die Terasse mit Ausblick auf den Hafen, die Altstadt und den Äthna waren ein Traum. Die Altstadt ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Appartment ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles war sauber und in der Küche gab es alles was wir brauchten. Wir waren im Winter da, die Temperatur in der Wohnung war sehr angenehm.
eigentlich nicht wirklich ein Manko, nur der Vollständigkeit halber - das Schlafzimmer hat zwar einen tollen Ausblick auf den Hafen, allerdings braucht man unbedingt die Verdunklungsvorhänge, da sonst grelles Licht vom Hafen und von Kreuzfahrtschiffen hineinfällt. Bei offenem Fenster hört man immer etwas die Strasse und den Hafen
