We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean, the service was excellent, and it truly felt like a home away from home, comfortable and welcoming throughout.
The location is especially convenient for those traveling by car, with easy access to nearby beaches and Cagliari. Although we didn’t use the hotel’s parking, we were always able to find a spot without any issues.
The facility manager was also very helpful and responsive, communicating clearly in excellent English whenever we had questions or needed assistance

La struttura è molto bella, è curata nei dettagli, silenziosa e pulita. Tutto ottimo, a partire dall'attenzione dell'host nei nostri confronti la bellezza della struttura anche se semplice e il comfort della camera, l'accogliente tavolino nella sala comune con te e caffè una piacevole coccola, le pattine all'interno della stanza un ulteriore punto in più! La posizione è eccellente.

The bathroom was very clean and modern, the room itself was clean and nice. The entrance and the house had a nice smell and everything was clean.
Overrated and Impersonal Stay
The biggest disappointment was the breakfast: no fresh food at all, only packaged snacks delivered to the room. For the price and rating, this felt very poor and far below expectations.
Two days before arrival, I was asked to send passport copies and personal details via WhatsApp, which felt intrusive. There was no personal welcome—only communication through chat, and a cleaner was sent to take photos of our passports on arrival.
The room had preset air conditioning that couldn't be adjusted, making it uncomfortable at times. There was no bin in the room, and we had to sort all rubbish downstairs near the coffee machine, which was also placed by the garbage area.
Our balcony faced a busy road and was connected to the next room, offering no privacy at all. The small table and chair was very uncomfortable. There is no wine glass, opener, or anything like that that even hotel room might offer.
Overall, this property is overrated and did not meet expectations.
