I liked everything! The room was a good size, yet warmed up quickly (I stayed in winter). The bed was very comfy, and cosy. The bathroom was neat and clean- the shower a decent size with nice hot water. I loved the decor within and the courtyard outdoors - the whole place had such a pleasant and relaxed vibe.
The location was convenient to local supermarkets, bank, laundrette, a few restaurants, and buses (all within 5 - 10 walking distance); and the city and the beach were half an hour away on the bus. It's a very safe area to walk around too (I was travelling alone) and the locals were nice.
Of course, the cooked breakfast and good coffee every morning was a complete delight! But best of all was Cinzia, the warm and caring host. She was great to spend every morning with, and chat. She's very good with Google Translate and doesn't find a language difference a problem at all. She helped me learn some Italian, and happily shared her knowledge on the local area when I needed help! She also has two adorable puppies, which in my opinion, always makes a b&b feel more like home.
My only suggestion would be to put a small rug in the room during winter, as the floor is cold on the tootsies!

Tutto molto curato e pulito, gestione familiare di accoglienza e gentilezza e disponibilità totali
Camera pulitissima. Colazione strepitosa ( brioches tiepide, biscotti e torta fatti in casa, cappuccio homemade, frutta, yogurt, nutella, marmellata, pane.....strepitosa! )
Camera un pochino fredda ma c'era la stufetta
