Die Lage am See ist ideal, wenn man mit dem Fahrrad unkompliziert in die Stadt zum Filmfestival fahren will (10 Min). Und morgens in den See springen und Yoga auf der Terrasse machen möchte.
Es sind einige Dinge nicht wirklich in Schuss, die Badezimmertüre klemmt, eine Glastüre auf die Terrasse ist defekt, der Sonnenbaldachin ebenfalls, die Pflanzen in den Töpfen sind alle verrdorrt und geben ein trauriges Bld.
