Convenient location on a beautiful lake with nice restaurants within walking distance.
Breakfast was not included, but fresh fruit and coffee and tea were available. The apartment was clean and well decorated. Very convenient location to Lake Maggiore!
Parking was a little confusing but the owner was available to tell us how to park. Small tourist tax that was applied after arrival, maybe I didn’t see this is the listing on booking.

Appartamento pulito ben arredato e con cucina super attrezzata, ideale per famiglie e a pochi passi dal lago e dai supermercati. Il proprietario super disponibile, consigliatissimo!

Gemütliche, liebevoll ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in einem schönen Tesssinerhaus
Eine seht gut organisierte Übernahme und Abgabe. Das Apartment ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Man fühlt sich wie in einem gemütlichen Zuhause. Die Kücheneinrichtung hat wirklich alles, was man brauchen kann, sehr viele kleine Dinge, die sonst in einer Ferienwohnung nicht vorhanden sind. Spülmittel, Putzlappen, Abtrocknun gstücher, einige Kaffeekapseln für die Nespressomaschine, Oel, Essig, Gewürze, Tabs für die Abwaschmaschine usw. Schöne Bettwäsche und Badezimmer Hand- und Badetücher. Gute Heizung, auch für kältere Jahreszeiten. Ein schönes Tessinerhaus in einer ruhigen Gegend. Man ist innert 5 Minuten unten am Seeufer und kann in kurzer Zeit zu Fuss nach Locarno laufen.
Eine kleine Herausforderung ist das parkieren. Neben dem Haus hat es wenige Parkplätze blaue Zone. Man bräuchte theoretisch auch eine unbegrenzte Parkkarte dafür. Eine Parkgelegenheit wäre hilfreich.

Extrem gut gelegen, sauber, top eingerichtet, ruhig.
Sie ist mit Liebe eingerichtet. Die Küche ist top eingerichtet. Einzig das Schlafsofa ist nicht so bequem und auch nur für eine Person ausreichend. Sie ist super gelegen, ruhig. Alles gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Sie ist extrem sauber gereinigt. Der Eigentümer kümmert sich super um die Gäste. Sogar Früchte, Getränke und Süsses für die Kids waren da! Gerne wieder!
Nicht so bequemes Schlafsofa. Nur für 1 Person geeignet.

Eine einladende Wohnung mit tollen Gastgebern und an schöner Lage
Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, ruhig gelegen und sehr nahe von der schönen Seepromenade. Der Gastgeber ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt.
Für uns war alles gut so wie es war.
