Excellent stay in Locarno

It's location is fantastic and gaining access was very simple and didn't need any physical interaction with host.

There was Air-con but due to the excessive heat the week we were there, it really struggled. This is not a vault of the host. But maybe an upgrade of the unit would help.

Very clean, convenient location just bring own toiletries and tissue.

It is right on the Piazza Grande lots of restaurants and bars, but for that same reason is very noisy. The place is nice and was clean. There’s a paid washing machine and dryer, just ask for the fee before using them. Coop very close.

It said toiletries included but in reality is one micro small bottle of shampoo/ body wash, enough for one time. We stayed 4 nights 4 people so we had to go buy more. Same with toilet paper just 1.5 rolls, we had to buy. No kleenex or paper towel roll even though there was a case to put kleenex but empty and a stand for paper towels but empty. The other thing that some people might need to know is that there’s a bar right outside the gate and there’s drunk people in the alley, young kids drinking after the bar closes as d they can get very loud.

Fantastic location

Fantastic location. Within walking distance of everything within Locarno- station, funicular, shops, lake, swimming areas, ferries, restaurants…. Very spacious and clean. Easy to access on arrival. Responsive staff( we needed another fan, a kitchen broom, an iron and toilet paper) and they came quickly once requested.

The kitchen really needs more cooking utensils and an oven or microwave. There was 1 sharp knife only and it was not suitable for cutting bread. I was surprised that there was only 1 fan and no broom or dustpan and brush for the kitchen floor. Furniture was a little old fashioned. Very disappointed by the dead plants in the courtyard and on the balconies. It would have looked amazing if they had been alive and green. So outside areas were not used at all.

Lovely big apartment in gorgeous building next to Piazza Grande

Super central location right next to Piazza Grande. Lovely big apartment in gorgeous old building Big terrace space and very secure Big bedroom plus huge living area with sofa bed. Nice big kitchen and bathroom. Very good value for money compared to other places in Locarno Great vibes

It was quite hot at night and a second fan for the bedroom (in addition to the one for lounge where the sofa bed is) was needed. Would be good to have a few more instructions eg that the phone intercom Wasn’t automatically switched on). We figured it out for ourselves after a while Plants in courtyard need a bit of TLC Late at night can be a bit noisy - but that’s because if the central location!

Excellent location in the centre of town but also peaceful and quiet. The building and the apartment are lovely with lots of character and a small balcony over looking the internal courtyard. Would definately stay here again.

The apartment is very simple but equipped to meet all your needs.cleaning was extremely good..it was a facility that I can choose again in the near future..The attendant who greeted us was very friendly and helpful.Although the facility makes you tired until you find the address, all your tiredness goes away after you find it, because the location is amazing😊

Comfortable home for a visit to Locarno

Mariana was extremely friendly and helpful while remaining professional. She provided, for instance, gluten free items and helped with every need. The apartment is airy and comfortable. It is centrally located. Security seemed great.

Flat is great, but is missing some additional furniture: could be more cosy with some more details: more lamps, 1 small heating for 1 large room is not enough to heat up the room. The ants problem in the kitchen was quickly fixed.

Der Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen nur wenige von Piazza Grande entfernt.

Als wir angekommen sind, war die Wohnung noch nicht bereit, so dass wir über eine Stunde warten mussten, um rein zu kommen. Es war hoch Sommer und sehr heiss in der Wohnung. Das Schlafzimmer verfügte über eine sehr laute mobile Klimaanlage (zum Schlafen unmöglich anzuschalten) aber das Wohnzimmer hatte gar nicht. Mit einen paar Ventilatoren wären den Aufenthalt perfekt gewesen.

Es war sauber, Buchung&Checkin war sehr einfach unkompliziert. Angenhem! Die nötigste Ausstattung war vorhanden.Gut.

Für den Preis hätten die Betten bezogen sein können. Die Unterkunft wirkte wenig einladend bei unserer Ankunft mit allen Fenstern&Läden zu. Da wir nur dort übernachteten, war es insgesamt ok.

Die Lage mitten in der Stadt ist sehr praktisch - und trotzdem ist es sehr ruhig. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und bemühte sich, die Schäden der Vormieter umgehend zu beheben.

Da ich mit meinem Partner da war, hatte ich die notwendige Hilfe - wenn ich jedoch allein reise, muss ich leider ein anderes Lokal suchen, da ich wegen Sehbehinderung nicht in der Lage bin, die verschiedenen Schlüsseltresore zu bedienen.

Appartemento grande e pulitissimo in zona centrale e comoda

Posizione ottima, appartamento pulitissimo e molto grande. Dotato di cucina e bollitore, soggiorno con divano e ampio tavolo. Il proprietario è stato molto disponibile.

Non è stato semplicissimo capire dove buttare i rifiuti e non abbiamo trovato bidoni per l'organico nei punti di raccolta di ogni quartiere, che peraltro sembrano dedicati esclusivamente ai residenti.

Als wir ankamen, war es ehr kalt in der Wohnung. Es gab zwar kleine Heizungen in jedem Raum, aber es dauerte ziemlich lange, bis die Wohnung warm war.
