Holy Dove by Wonderful Italy

Spacious and comfortable apartment with a cute balcony. Also great location. Just a 5 minute walk to the beach or a big supermarket, and a 10 min walk to the old town city centre.

There is a slight problem with electricity in the kitchen that causes outages in a part of the apartment whenever the kettle is plugged in. Not a big problem though, we just needed to use it in the bedroom instead.

The apartment was really clean, modern, spacious and very comfortable. It was even better than it looked in the photos. It had a cute balcony and a nicely decorated kitchen and bathroom. The location was fabulous, just a 5 minute walk to the beach and into town. Holy Dove were really helpful and responsive and arrival/departure instructions were very clear.

2 bedrooms. Location very good. Beds quite comfortable. Felt safe. WiFi and air conditioning worked well. Elevator/ lift worked also.

No separate living area. You must congregate in one of the bedrooms. Left only one bath towel and one hand towel per person for a full week stay! When asked, they refused to supply us with extra towels. Coffee machine rusted and very old. It doesn't work. Balcony not usable except for washing line, there is no balcony furniture. Some drinking glasses were dirty. We had to wash all dishes before using. Dirty/smelly floor cloth left under sink. No bins provided at property for refuse or recycling. It seems you are expected to bring everything almost 750m to the municipal recycling depot. No facilities to store luggage if you have a late flight. This property was far too expensive to have such poor facilities. Try a hotel instead.

The beds were comfortable

When we arrived on Sunday 21 september the warm water was not working and it was impossible to shower. It was fixed the next morning. If we put the kettle on, the electricity would trip on the power breaker so all the lights would go off. I mentioned it to the host and they didn't respond on this complaint. I also stated that the coffee machine was not working and that was not addressed. The elevator is tiny, my walker had to be folded so it could fit in the elevator. The lock of the large bedroom was not working and the couch in there was dirty. The kitchen is to small. 4 people can not sit together. There are no hooks in the bathroom but a small rusty rack for your towels. In the large bedroom they can easily set some furniture like comfortable chairs or a clean normal couch.
