Fräsch lägenhet. Riktigt bra läge. En minut från tågstation, supernära till stranden och "turistgatorna". Tyst på nätterna Vår värd var väldigt hjälpsam och såg till att vi hade det bra

Utsikten från balkongen är över hus och en parkering. Men det kändes mysigt ändå

L’appartement est bien situé dans le centre de Cefalù. Les plages sont à 7 minutes à pied, les supermarchés à 5 minutes, la gare ferroviaire à 4 minutes. L'appartement est bien équipée et il y a tout ce qu'il faut dedans. La terrasse avec la vue sur la ville est un petit plus.

La communication avec la hôte peut être beaucoup mieux. Relation client est à améliorer. Je passe les détails. Il fallait laisser le supplément pour le linge de lit ce qui me paraît un peu absurde. Ca sera sympa d'avoir une bouteille d'eau pour les voyageurs. Et n'oubliez pas de sortir les poubelles sinon la hôte ne sera pas contente.

The apartment is nice and perfect located to reach the center and the sea.

Laura, is the rudest and less courteous host that I ever met in all my trips. Let’s start saying that she didn’t send the instructions on how to make the check in because she was waiting me to call her…never heard about that. Always angry and rude in all the communications…when I asked for what were needed the 20 euros she explained (always in a rude way) it was for the laundry of 4 towels and 1 linen, even if in booking is not specified it is for laundry…it seems more the price to buy them. In the apartment there was not a single bottle of water or a shampoo or shower products. This is really a sign of a bad host.
