Worth the price!

The hospitality was amazing! We stayed for my daughter's 13th bday. My family and friends were very pleased as well. Pleased enough where they want to book this house for other stays! The pool and hot tub was a big hit with our stay. The horses are beautiful. Thank you for allowing to stay in your beautiful home! We plan to come back next summer!

Our trip to the Ark Encounter

The house was very spacious and nicely decorated. The pool and hot tub was great. Quiet neighborhood. The owner was very nice and offered any help we needed and was very quick to answer any questions or problems.

The central air was not great. House was extremely hot the day we arrived with outside temperatures in the 90's and temperatures inside the house were 82 when we arrived and never got cooler than 78 in our 3 day stay.

We loved it all! The home was spacious. The pool & hot tub was great. Loved seeing the horses. Enjoyed that the Ark Encounter was so close & the Creation Museum wasn't that far away. An absolutely perfect spot for our family. The morning we were leaving, we got to meet Regina & Baylee & it was a honor & pleasure to be able to meet them, get to talk to them, & give them a Big Hug to show our appreciation for them sharing their home with us for our stay June 9th-13th, 2025. It is an absolutely terrific place to stay & enjoy time, fellowship, & memories with loved ones! Thank you Regina & Baylee from the bottom of our hearts! May our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ bless y'all as much as we were blessed by staying in your home! Take care of yourselves & look forward to seeing y'all again someday! 💛👍🙏🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗

If it wasn’t for the smell this would be 10/10. The backyard view great and literally is what made this stay great

I loved the view and the backyard, and the spacing and privacy. The kids loved the horses

The “old furniture smell”, made it very hard to Stay inside the house, other than for sleeping. We spent hours cleaning trying to air the house out. We get the old Kentucky aesthetic, but that furniture needs to be thrown out, it has a foul smell.

Cozy felt like home.

This was an exceptional home it had everything one would need and more. The house was an older house with character and so beautiful. The yard was beautiful, I can’t say enough about it. Just a few minutes to the Ark, just perfect.

The home was very roomy and was great for my son who is paralyzed and in a wheelchair.
