Located directly across from Patrick Square and 3 miles from Clemson University, this spacious 4-bedroom, 3.5 bath house will be your getaway destination for everything Clemson-close to campus but removed from signs of campus life. This professionally decorated 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home boasts a spacious interior with an open floor plan; perfect for gatherings, a private-fenced in back yard for sitting on the deck or playing a game of Clemson corn hole, and a 2-car garage with 2 parking pads for ample guest parking. The main level consists of the master bedroom with ensuite bath featuring a jetted tub, shower, and water closet; and has an outside door leading to the back yard deck to enjoy morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail. Plenty of room to spread out. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. Convenient for visiting Clemson. Garage was really nice since It was raining when it was time to pack up and head out. Could walk to the Brewery!
