About this house rental
Ideal location! It's a10-minute walk to downtown Clemson, about the same to Death Valley, and just a few minutes further to core campus! The walk to all destinations is through a beautiful, wooded neighborhood. The main floor of our house has an open-plan kitchen / family room, two bedrooms both with en suite bathrooms, and a large covered porch and uncovered deck. The upper floor has two more bedrooms that share a common bathroom.
Note 1: because of Clemson city ordinance, no more than two families can rent at one time with a maximum of 10 people total.
Note 2: while the property is very close to the lake, we are not lakefront and do not have a dock.
Note 3: there is a separate garage apartment with a separate entrance that is rented by a graduate student. There are no shared spaces other than the driveway. The driveway is very wide and there is plenty of room for all to park.
The living area is an open floor plan with the kitchen and living room one large common area. The kitchen has seating for 6-8 at the table and 4 more at the bar. The living room has seating for 7 and a 65" TV. Also on the main floor is the laundry room and refrigerator.
On the back porch, you'll love the cozy sitting area. Adjacent to the porch is a large deck where you can relax or enjoy outdoor games including beanbag toss and giant Connect Four.

The property is well maintained and had everything we could have needed. It was a perfect place for family to stay and gather for Clemson graduation. It is walkable to downtown. Kenneth was very responsive to our questions. Highly recommend this home, just sorry we found it at the end of our Clemson journey.
