The house is very close to Berry's Beach, only a 4 min walk.
Phillip Island Winery is about a 2-3 min drive.
The GP track is only 8 minutes drive away.
Other Things to Note:
Please note that if you are planning to book this property for a wedding please inform us beforehand to check for suitability.
This property is located with lots of local wildlife around and certain droppings may be possible around the house when you arrive.
The access road to the house is a gravel road. The backyard has a Hot and Cold outside shower to rinse off after a beach day.
Additional options for power and water for a Caravan also at the property, if previously notified and approved with host.
Please note that the grass next to the driveway can be very wet, and is not to be driven on. The lawns get damaged to much. Please make sure to only use the driveway itself and turn at the end of the driveway and park.

The property was huge, beautiful setting and short walk to beach. plenty room inside and out and perfect for our large group that came and went over the weekend. Generally it was clean but needed a good ceiling dust as there were cobwebs .everywhere. Would definitely stay again. defwdetrainitially

What an amazing place! So much room for everyone including the doggies. We broke tradition and booked for Christmas, best decision ever! The bed configuration was perfect with mainly adults and my toddler grandchild. Obviously it needs a little attention in areas, however it didn’t impede on a perfect

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The house was spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable getaway. The bedrooms were well-appointed, and the communal areas were perfect for spending time together without feeling crowded.The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals for everyone, and the outdoor area was a lovely space to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The property’s location was ideal, close to the beach and local attractions, which made exploring Ventnor incredibly convenient.This property exceeded our expectations, and we’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Ventnor. We’d happily return for another visit!
