Welcome to Anna de' Miracoli! The flat is located in a quiet area, within a private garden only 50 mt from the very famous Piazza dei Miracoli, with its Leaning Tower. At your disposal you will have a public paid parking in front of the flat entrance, a laundrette in front of the house entrance (across the street). Within walking distance you will find public transport stops, buses, trains (Pisa San Rossore station is only 200 metres from the flat and can be reached on foot even if you have luggage), the Pam supermarket across the street and many typical Tuscan and ethnic restaurants. The house is bright, equipped with air conditioning, WI-FI, SMART-TV, hairdryer. It consists of a double bedroom, a living room/kitchen with sofa bed, a bathroom with shower. Close to the RR station and to Piazza dei Miracoli. Great design, use of space. Bedroom is large; living/kitchen small. Very tall ceilings. Bring ear plugs; traffic.
Property manager was very communicative - getting me to sign a serious contract (of course I did not know that until it was too late to cancel) and sending 8 emails, some requesting the contract even after it had been signed. BUT NOT responsive to my questions (never responded on price; responded 2 hours before I arrived about early arrival). Of course it was all remote. No human contact.
Coffee pods would be appreciated!
But the real problem is the value proposition. The apartment works for short- term (hot plate, 1 pot, microwave, refrigerator), BUT you pay 80 euros for cleaning and 90 to the manager; 87 for “rent”. Management and cleaning fees need to be lower for a very short stay and/or a solo traveler.
