Guest Access:
The Juni is equipped with digital locks that use door codes for access. Your door code will be provided to you before check in and will be used for the length of your stay. There is assigned parking for each unit.

- Toilet paper
- Tissues
- Coffee pods, creamer, and sugar
- Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED)
- Garbage bags
- Sponges
- Dish soap
- Dishwasher tabs
If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed.

-Mailbox access is not available for guests
- While we love all furry friends, ONLY dogs are allowed at this property, with a fee of $100 per pet, per stay.
- All reservations require either a refundable security deposit or the purchase of a damage waiver.

Our stay was very nice! The weather didn’t cooperate all that well but I don’t think The Juni can control that haha. We had an abundance of towels and the bed was clean. Also in a great area!

Very good stay, great location, easy process, owners very good and attentive. Would recommend air to be on when you get there especially in epring or summer times. Took 4 hrs to cool down so we had to leave and then come back. Will be back for sure. Thank you

The apartment was small, with loud neighbors. I don’t believe the owners are in the area as we went through a service to address the multitude of ants in our apartment.
It was our first VRBO, and it won’t be our last, but I will be more attentive to the small details.

Found a lot of little ants in the bathroom and a lot of sand on the floor when we got there. Overall loved the place, looking forward to coming back!!
