Walk inside your home away from home and feel instantly relaxed. Boasting an open floor plan, the living room, dining room, and kitchen come together in perfect unison. The living room is a great space to kick your feet up and stream your favorite TV shows and movies. Whereas the full kitchen gleams with its ample meal prep space and updated appliances. Off the kitchen, appreciate easy access to the home's private washer/dryer.

In the primary bedroom discover your own little oasis with its private TV, walk-in closet, and en suite bathroom equipped with dual sinks and a walk-in shower. The additional bedrooms are just as comfortable with their high-quality linens and tasteful decorations.

Be sure to get outside and enjoy the fantastic Florida weather! The sun-soaked lanai provides the perfect space to enjoy your morning cup of coffee and your evening cocktail. Outside, you will also have access to a grill.

-This is a 55+ and up community and quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10pm-8am.
-The Villages requires a form to be filled out with a $50 fee to use the amenities.
-This home has a golf cart available for an additional fee. Please contact local host.

This Vacasa Guestworks vacation rental is operated and managed locally by an independent host.
Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
